Date: 12/24/2008 5:20:08 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2587 times So day 1 is over. It went pretty well. There was sometimes that I felt tired, but other than that the day went well. This is what I eat today:
breakfast: 2 peaches and some grapes
lunch: salad(cheek peas, cucumbers, onions)
snack: apple
dinner: salad
I try to keep my diet simple during the weekdays and during the weekends, I will try some raw recipes(raw cake, raw soup, raw spaghetti)
I will weight myself every 2 weeks. So you guys have to wait.
I did have some cravings, but the only reason why I was having those cravings is because there was some cookies in the house. That's the worse thing to have when you start a raw diet cause your body is so use to eating cook food.. So it's normal to crave for some cook food the first 2 weeks. And it's also normal to feel tired.
