Introduction: The Beginning...

I am currently 155 lbs and very unhappy with that fact...so I have decided to do something about it once and for all. This is my plan:
I am going to water fast for the rest of December. While fasting, I will also do some light cardio (walking and stationary biking with weight lifting every other day) every day. On this fast, I am trying to get down to under 130 lbs by New Years.
Then beginning on January 1st 2009, I am going to transition into a raw fruit and vegetable diet. I will also begin training in terms of running. Through this, I am hoping to reach 115-120 lbs.
Then I will focus on maintaining that weight.
I am beginning my water fast at midnight, and will update with progress and weigh ins daily beginning Wednesday.
