Day 8
As I chug along...

weight - 189.4
I did alright all day, no problems except for the food commercials on TV, everything looks so yummy.
I had to go get some water at the healthfood store and actually did a lot of running at the same time. I went and got some new pants for work, and one new blouse. Alot of my blouses have started to look like sacks hanging off of me. Not because of the cleanse, but because of doing weight watchers and working out before the cleanse. I don't get depressed as much, like I used to, when I go shopping for clothes now. It's nice to realize you've gone down a size.
I just had to go pee a lot while I was out, other than that, I was fine.
That night I gulped down some water before I had my tea to go to bed. It was like as soon as I did that I had to go to the bathroom. I kept having BMs for the next 20 minutes. Not sure why regular water did that, but as soon as it was out of my system I had my tea and went to bed with no problems.
One of my friends wanted me to go to a bar with her. I decided not to go, it was a hole in wall place, that I know doesn't have bottled water, and I'm not sure if they would have let me bring some in. so I just had a relaxing night with my husband.
