Election Day! I voted!

So yesterday evening went pretty well cleanse wise. Life wise it was a mess, my husband and I ended up arguing, and I didn't turn to food!!! That's a positive.
I drank a decent amount of lemonade yesterday, and only felt really hungry when i had been looking at the raw food sits.
So on to this morning. I had to get up early and go vote with my husband and then take him to work. I didn't do the salt water flush and jus sipped on water. The tea kicked in after I dropped him off and I had to hit a thorton's on the way home to use the restroom, yeah, that was fun. I only live about 15 min away from our work.
So I tried the salt water flush this morning where you drink one glass of water with the two teaspoons of salt and then chase it with the other three cups of water. That's a no go from here on. I got half the salt water down and then dumped it in the rest of the water, which I've been chugging now. I'll go back to the 4 cups of salt water tomorrow if I don't go to work. If I go to work, I may just do the tea, that way I dont't have to worry about when it might kick in. For me it's been between 2-4 hrs after I drink it.

I forgot to write earlier that my headaches are gone!!! No throbbing nothing. I went to the bathroom about 30 min after the saltwater flush and that has really been it. I've had a few little BM's but not much. The main one was a lot of liquid with some solid matter in it. I'm getting more mucus in it now also. The liquid is a bright brownish orange/yellow color.
I'm feeling pretty good so far today, except for my back. For some reason it's realy bugging me today. I go back for my 3rd and final shot the 13th, and i start PT on the 11th. My goal for the cleanse is to go through the 14th, maybe I'll go longer, I still haven't decided. I've also been looking into just maybe going into a juice fast, so I can maybe come off of it easier right before Thanksgiving, or just go through thanksgiving. so many options. I know my family wants me to be done by thanksgiving, but I just want to see how I feel. My grandmother can't believe I'm doing this. She's supportive, but worried slightly. She knows all the details of how it works, but it doesn't keep her from being a little worried.
Off to do some house work and check on a few things. I'll be back later.
It's almost 2 PM. I've decided I'm going back to work tomorrow. I'm gonna try to get up around 4 am and do the flush and see what happens. I'll have plenty of time to make lemonade and wake up before heading to work at 6:30. I may be crazy for doing this, so we'll see how it goes.
Nothing to really report right now. I probably haven't drank as much lemonade yet as I should, I just haven't really wanted it. I guess that's good to the point that my body must be in fasting mode.
