Day 6
I can't beleive it's already been 6 days!
Date: 11/6/2008 9:15:48 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2099 times Well, yesterday was pretty rough but I woke up feeling pretty good today. I had a small amount of mind fog remaining but not much. I lost another pound making 7 lost all together. I think I'm doing pretty good.
I've developed almost a full-blown rash on my thighs but they're starting to go away. I know developing a rash is said to be one of the side-effects of detoxing, but I'm not sure if it's just because I haven't been using any lotions. I have pretty dry skin normally so I use a lot of it. My hands are always really dry too and they've been EXTRA dry lately since I can't use lotion. I still get a lot of weird chills that I feel mostly in my legs so it may be because of the detox, I don't know. I also got a HUGE blemish on my face which makes me sad because I've managed to remain so blemish free for so long.
I haven't been feeling very hungry but I have had HUGE cravings for sushi rolls! OH! How YUMMY that sounds right now!
I don't really have much more to report. I'm extremely exhausted right now, I just want to relax on the couch but I have some more juice to drink. I really don't want to, but I know I must. Have a good night, everyone!
