Fasting duration: No set time frame but no longer than 40days, will fast until I have acheived my goals or my body's biofeedback tells me it's time.
My stats: 35 year old female. Current weight 107. Height 5ft 0in. Blood Pressure131/76. Pulse 74
I think I tend to be a negative minded person and waste far too much time focusing on all my failures without recognizing my sucesses. This must change!! Fresh starts deserve a fresh mind set.
Even though I did have to restart my fast - I have lost over 3lbs - YIPEE!!
AND I haven't given up - I'm here and I'm moving forward - YIPEE!!
