Mistakes, Failures and a little cheat and SUCCESS
Failing and Success. Mental tricks.

I'm not perfect, pfffttt, i've blown as many fasts as those that i've succeeded in. But with failures comes wisdom i figure. Plus one gets better at this. The first 3 days were relatively easy this time for me.
One time i was on the 2nd day and left a 2/3 bag of cheetos out. Walked to the kitchen and saw them.
Then i had cheetos on the brain. 30 minutes later i tore into'em, devoured'em and the fast was over. (ok, block this paragraph out of your brain)
Today i walked by and saw a colleague eating a cheeseburger. Yow! With the cheetos escapade in mind, it helped me put the burger outta my mind.
I DID cheat a hair today. Had a half cup of coffee. At least i DID put honey in it instead of refined white sugar.
Whoa, did that caffeine hit me. It was like the tea a few days ago. My mind was running/buzzing 100 mph.
Felt a little dizzy later, so had a nice glass of fresh juice. Spinach, carrot, broccoli, red lettuce, cucumber and an apple.
So still doing well. I can go a few more days. Long ago i ran a marathon. And i psyched myself up to do it, since quite a bit of it was mental. I learned NOT to say to myself how many mile i had left. Just live in the moment and take each mile a step at a time. Same with fasting. Don't think how many days you have left. Take a day at a time and enjoy each day. First thing you know, you may be 1 day from being finished.
