Day 5
Day 5 of Juice Feast

On the journey to a 20-25 day juice feast. (don't say fast, say feast! :D)
Day 5 now. They say the hunger goes away after 3-4 days. Mine went after 2.5 days this time. For those wondering, you still have a hollow empty feeling many times. Nothing to stress over that you're not hungry.
I read that taking bee pollen granules helps. Also unfiltered molases. And de caf teas. I'm trying these now.
The bee pollen gives your energy, the tea helps some way, just gives you something to do maybe ;-) or gives you something to drink if you're kicking coffee. The molases gives you much needed potassium. My 3rd day i got a real cramp in my leg and so did some google searching and up came molases. Very few calories in it and the bee pollen. And WOW. Today 5, i'm bursting with energy! It's like day 12 when it really kicks in, but here in day 5. Must be the pollen and molases i'm thinking.
Oh, didn't weigh till today. Today am 203 lbs. Not weighing myself every day like i've done before because am more into living a day at a time and not worrying or thinking about the weight loss. But a nice surprise this morning. Am thinking that for now, all there exists is juice. Solid foods don't exist. Juice is all i can have and all i need. And probably am getting better nutrition than any time in my life.
I drink only a green mixture in the morning first thing. Well, 1 apple added. Then the 2nd drink of the day i treat myself to a fruit only juice. Strawberrie, apple, watermelon, blueberries (if you can afford them :-)), and cantelope.
Course i'm drinking water throughout the day too. Last drink of the day is another green or some relaxing tea.
Sleeping 2 hours less now.
Not thinking about how i'll break this thing. Juice is all that exists. There's more but will check back in later. My mind is racing and i may start to ramble. ^_^ :D :-D
