i drank alot of water and felt extremely bloated. did not lose much weight today

idk what was wrong.

my toungue is coated white\
but some parts are actuallie not coated at all.
is ot beacuse some of my organs are not detoxing.
i also couldnt sleep at all last nite and was extremely restless
