Day 19

So far so good

It's getting difficult now. I don't have much energy...so I haven't been doing exercise...just walking. I'm getting sick of cleaning my juicer!! I'm also not having enough juice or water. I've been really busy this week and only had a glass of juice in the mornings and a few glasses of water. Partly because I hate going to the toilet all the time...I know, stupid reason.

Everyones saying my face looks smaller and my boyfriend says there's less of me when he hugs me...so yay! I haven't weighed myself since my last blog because I was starting to get obsessed. I'm going to cut out fruit juice for a while...I'm not drinking enough vegetable juice.

I woke up at midday today...thats a first for me. The sleeping in on its own has made this fast all worth while. My skin is also much smoother and looks much healthier. I'm not hungry either, I just want to eat for the sake of it.
