help!

Date: 8/19/2008 7:18:50 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 3657 times My weight is never steady. One day I'm 140 the next I'm 147. I'm really confused. Does anyone know why this might be?
Some days I'm really busy and only have time for 1 glass of juice a day...I drink 1-2 litres of water a day, 2-3 mugs of tea...with the occasional teaspoon of honey. Am I doing something wrong? Please help!!
Any tips to speed up the weight loss?
