Day 1 Scale doesnt lie. Well Im feelng really good not hungty at all. My tongue has a coating and nasty taste so even if I wanted to eat it wont taste good. Weighed myself today down to 204. That is what I needed I think just helps to show what Im doing is rt and good for my body. Only problem I really have is a headache. Well Ill check i tomarrow. Good luck everyone.
