Well its a beginning
Slowly but surely wins the race.
Date: 8/5/2008 10:20:43 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1854 times Got on the scales after work and weighted 206.0. I would have to say that is a simple improvement and I will continue to take them. I even didnt smoke all day up until bout an hour ago and I guess it was a habit to have one on the way to work. And I dont want to forget I had 2 bowls of cheerios because of the antiboitic(sp?) Im on otherwise they make me sick. But I got some fiber today to maybe help with the food cravings- man are they bad. Im not that hungry at work because working nights I dont really see any food so Im not hungry but when I get home and see the food in the kitchen thats hard. Anybody got any good suggestions to help with cravings and plus this horrible headache I got.
