new plan for juice fast, start on 8/5

Intake as follows

iron 0
coffee 0
8 ounces carrot juice 70
natural café/rfd juice 150
iron 0
8 ounces carrot juice 70
vitamns 0



Once I run out of carrot juice, I will try and only drink "fresh" juice as oppose to bottled.

time frame
August 5 (Tuesday) to Sept 12 (Friday)

post fast 9/13 to 9/17
(Friend visit from out of town 9/18 to 9/24) try and stay on veggies, fruit then still with some wine probably.

work out
Monday 7:15pm spin or soccer, 2 miles
Tuesday 7:30pm spin, 2 miles
Wednesday 7:15pm spin or soccer, 2 miles
Thursday soccer
Friday ellptical spin, 2 miles
Saturday 9/10am spin, 2 miles
Sunday 9/10am spin, soccer,2 miles
