Vitimans - 3 iron pills, B12, Bcomplex, Multi V, EmergenC, Hair and Nails
breakfast, lunch, dinner - 8 ounces of Carrot (until i run out), then fresh squeezed juice from Whole Foods (until i run out of money Ha)
exercise - one or more per day - run 2 miles to SM stairs, 40 min short field soccer game, spin class, walk with friends.
Wish me Luck, I want this really bad. I suppose in the next 40 days will see how bad I do want it :)
