water fasting day 1
i must do it. yay!

i know that i'll be able to get a clean cut thu day 1
i want to start everthing i do with confidence in my own faith.
yesterday night i had my senna tea that i always had when i was on MC
and it's because my eating and sleeping habit became worse
my toilet habit seemed effected. so i didnt go to toilet properly
and get what i ate in out of my body.
so this morning i woke up by the pain that i need to run for a toilet.
but as usual. i always have to drink a cup or two of water and go back
to my bed endure that cram and about an hour then it will be a real toilet time.
i thought i started out this fasting with 59 kg thats what i weighted yesterday.
but this morning after toilet i weighted 57 kg
after today fasting i think that i will enter the zone between 56-57
and on next week monday that i will be so busy getting myself to airport
and fly back to my home country i will possibly weight 56 on tuesday morning.
and that will make me completing two days of water fasing.
i've heard that the first 3 days are the hardest but then the first week
of water fasting can change your energy burning mode into ketosis.
(hence i once if not many tried Atkins before for my highschool research project
for my biology class.) and reading from many source from internet i couldnt help
but agree that it will burn my fats that i stored during all these time for a source
i'll reach my country next monday night and hitting yoga class is one of my plan
during the time that i will spend my summer holidays there.
i will fly back here again next month hopefully, like i always wish but never
strong enough, to become a stronger and healthier me again. this time i can do it.
and i must do it. yay!
