Jackie's Jam I had fun with her at local vendor day
Jackie is using some of Joe's locally grown organic
strawberries in her jam.

Jackie's got the Jam. She makes strawberry preserves
from Joe Rodrigues Jr (AKA Joe the Farmer's) locally grown organic strawberries.

I had fun with Jackie, a local San Diego maker of Jam's
at the Whole Foods Market local vendor day last saturday.
I am interested in her jams because I know she
is using JR Rodriguez's ripe locally grown organic strawberries
in her strawberry jam.
I see Jackie at the Farmers' Market.
I saw her with Joe not long ago and realized that they were
working out a partnership.
Waste of leftover locally grown organic food concerns me very much.
This seems to be one way Joe the Farmers prOduce can be used.
The locally grown strawberries are picked ripe.
They do not last more than 24 hours.
I did some sampling of her jams at the Whole Foods Market local vendor Day
last Saturday.
I got three of them.

I enjoyed her Zippy Jalapeno Jam on one of Phil Noble's Armenian cucumbers.
It was a great taste combination.
