The night before... again
mentally and physically preparing myself for the next 20 days and the obstacles that might come along

I am currently collecting my thoughts/readying myself for what i truly hope will be the real start to my fast tomorrow. i actually feel very physically and mentally prepared - i think i just have to be ready to address situations that may come up at work or elsewhere that could get in the way of my progress. thanks to those who have already given me some suggestions - i could use any others that anyone has! it's always a good motivator to stick with the program knowing that i have a community of people dealing with the same hurdles. anyways, it's time for some more preparation and then an early bedtime. one thing i know is that it's way harder for me to make smart decisions and stick with my goals if i'm tired.
