I am having a similar prob also. It is not that easy when many meetings revolve around breakfast of lunch. My new saying is, I was so hungry earlier so, I already ate. But, the problem will always be there, even after the fast. It is really hard to go to a meeting when you are trying to be healthy but, none of the food supplied is healthy.
