Coffee IV - A Split Session

Split Session Coffee Enema - Two separate 2 cup doses. Coffee + Epsom Salts

This session’s recipe consisted of 4 tbsp of coffee and 2 tbsp of Epsom salts. Did my usual pre-cleanse. Took in two - 2 cup doses. Stayed on my left side 10-12 minutes for each. Other than a little grumbling in sigmoid colon area, really felt nothing. On evacuation, the coffee solution didn’t appear to have anything in it. About a half hour later followed with a 1 quart salt water enema. I started with a quick 1 cup. That evacuated with percefectly clean water, but it also expelled this very tenuos string thin muscousy brownish strand several inches long and a few smaller muscousy bits. Followed with the other 3 cups. Not much more of anything. Followed that with SWF, which did have that same somewhat cloudy yellowish sedimentary elimination.

BP and sugar were up before the coffee and didn’t change afterward.

Not particularly satisfied with this way of doing it.
