Adding Epsom Salts to the Mix
Taking Epsom Salts prior to the coffee enema to see if it affect liver out put
Date: 4/29/2008 8:59:29 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 5542 times I went into this second follow-up strictly to test the affect of adding Epsom salts prior to doing the coffee enema. Some articles noted to add a tbsp directly into the coffee solution, I didn’t want to do that so I took it 1 ½ hours prior to it. Nothing was really different from that. What was alarming was the major spike in my blood sugar, later in the day and sustained elevated blood pressure. I started out just like the previous post …
After an enema, 2 quarts of salt water and another enema.I had a virtually clear elimination by an hour and half later at 3pm. - just a few bits of residue. (pic1)
At this time I took a tablespoon of Epsom salts in 6 oz of water.
(With all time I have taken Epsom salts for the liver flush, it was usually at room temperature, this time I had heated up 3 oz to dissolve the tbsp quickly and added another 3 oz of water and drank it very warm – surprisingly it drastically cut the roughness of the taste. I think I’ll do it that way from now on)
An hour later, expelled another couple of ounces of water. I don’t think it was the result of the Epson salts, just more residual from the enema. This time it was perfectly clear. (pic 2)
I wasn’t going for the double dose of Epsoms as with the liver flush. Just intending to stay with the one dose.
Wanted to go at least 20 minutes without any additional eliminations, but had one at 4:10, then at 4:25, at 4:50, 25 minutes later, I pushed for one more elimination, then proceeded with the coffee enema.
Just like last time, the 1 quart went in easily. Started gurgling at about 2 minutes. Right side, back and left side each for about five minutes, then a final 2 minutes on my back again, then released.
Not sure what I expected with the addition of the Epsom salts, but it didn’t seem any different.
The first elimination of the coffee was expectantly dark, hard to see anything, but there was a lot of sedimentation, some suspended in the water. On close examination it was like small coffee stained muscousy/pulpy particles. Didn’t take any pictures because it was too dark.
Over the next 45 minutes. 3 more eliminations. Light. Lighter. Then darker again – probably from coffee that got higher up and took longer to come out.
15 minutes after that, did another plain 2 quart salt water enemea. Released after a few minutes. The eliminations over the next 45 minutes were relatively clear.
6:40 pm One more SWF
After 6 had checked my glucose. Was in the 120’s
Just checked it at 7pm was in the 140’s . ??????
Really makes no sense to me. The whole day was salt water. So where is all the sugar coming from. Again, I’m thinking a glycogen release from the liver as a collateral effect from the coffee, though it should have been so on the earlier reading. So, I don’t know.
7:10 Hadn’t checked my blood pressure, yet. Also, today, I never took a fresh water break, so I was sure to be somewhat dehydrated from all these purges. Just took several readings. All averaging 140’s/to around 100!. Took five minutes to do some deep breathing and relaxing visualization and pushed the diastolic back to around 92.
7:20 First SW release. Cleared out some more sedimentation (pic1)
7:30 I’m drinking 3 glasses of fresh water 2 packs of EmergenC and some probiotic tabs
8:05 2nd SW release lighter and less sedimentation. (pic 2)
BP: low 140’s/low 90’s. Sugar 140’s
8:15 2 more glasses of water,
8:25 Did some light stretching and resistance workout.
8:45 3rd Release – darker, more sedimentation. (Pic 3)
Going on the treadmill (fast walk) for 30 minutes.
9:40 Did my 30 minutes. Drank 2 more glasses of water. Takin’ a hot shower!
10:10pm BP average of three readings – under 130/80. Sugar makes NO SENSE AT ALL – 180-200. Tested it 4 times!!!! SALT WATER AND FRESH WATER ALL DAY!!!! Except for the EmergenC at 7:30pm which lists 1g of sugar out of 3.7g per pack (5 calories and the only sugar actually listed is fructose as “other ingredients”) . 2 packs at 7:30, but that no way justifies that kind of spike!!!!!!
10:30 – 2 more glasses of water
11:30 – BP – 3 reading average low 130’s/low 80’s .. Sugar (been feeling a little jittery the last hour – a little anxious about this reading) … OK .. tested three times … average to low 160’s. A lot better but still disturbing.
Before going to bed, will take a half tsp of cayenne in OJ, then drink down 2 cloves of pressed garlic w/2000 mg Vit C and snack on some almonds (It’s a cholesterol thing)
11:50 Had one more small but surprising elimination. A lot of additional sediment. (No Pic)
The morning Reading: 8am - UNBELIEVABLE
BP – three reading average 114/68 (Woke up briefly at 6:30am – one reading at 109/61)
Sugar – 2 reading average 87! Only been that low twice in the last 2 years
I can’t even begin to comment on that!
Cayenne, Garlic, Almonds and VitC, maybe? ????????
