Up all Nite!!! Yikes Mate has Caffeine!

It's not like I needed to be up all night.
I do not feel i had any deep sleep.
Gabriel came arrived after 11 PM from LA.
he taught a workshop there at the Agape Center.
We spent about 30 minutes last night.
It was after 1 PM when I got in bed.
I was up at six this morning.
We were out in the garden some time after 7 AM
In between I did not sleep, not really.
I had some Mate unsweetened that I bought from
Makeda at her booth at the San Diego Healing Arts Festival.
I also had some chocolate Paul Juba gave me.
Oh My God! I am not a Mate Man!
I just read the label. It has what they call "natural" caffeine.
I definitely do not need this! Yikes!
I am a light sleeper as it is.
It totally disturbed my rest.
Working on some of the photos I took with Gabriel this morning.
It is near 3 PM.
i am ready for a long nap!!!!
