Day 6: Retracing begins

I started experiencing retracing today. Old things are hurting me like my ear that was infected quite badly 7 yrs ago, my left shoulder, which I don't remember hurting, my left knee which occasionally hurts after a workout in the gym, and my sacroiliac joint on my left side which was inflamed for two years after my disc slipped, also in the gym. Still getting new pimples.

A friend of mine was going through some stress today which she started to put over on me. I got immediate cramps which would not stop. I had to get away from her, though I felt some guilt about not being more supportive. I could feel her negativity making me ill. Negativity, yours as well as other's is truly toxic.

I should do an enema today but the last one was so unproducitve I just don't see the point. I don't have bowel movements anymore. No food, no BM. Makes sense.
