Detoxification begins

I started having a headache and went t to look up fasting on the web. Seems its a detox sign and not a sign of starvation. Suddenly I felt really driven to pray. I love God but told him point blank that this was not a spiritual fast, its for my acne, strictly physical. As I prayed I started to cry and revelation started coming. Fasting cannot "not be spiritual' your body does not want it, your mind may have the intent but only the spirit can control the will to the point of you being successful. When you begin to display the courage to not listen to the cravings of your body, to put health and discipline above your desires, your spirit lights up in a world that is spiritually dark and other spirits start to take notice. Enlightenment makes us free and fasting is the first step to freedom from addictions, we stop being slaves to our desires. Not everything in the universe will be happy with the decision. Expect a fight. But I have begun to seek to improve myself. "Seek and you shall find"
