1 red radish
2 inches of pineapple
1/2 inch ginger root
-Not bad. Actually, "interesting" would be a good word to describe this one.

#1, regularly, no discoloration

Today's Physical Outlook:
-I felt extremely weak today. I felt "good" overall, but simply had no energy. It was a tough day at work, being the busiest sales day. Going up and down the ladder to downstock freight completely exhausted me. I thought about leaving early quite a few times. But when I took a short juice break, I felt a little bit better. Wow, wouldn't recommend construction workers do a juice fast.
Today's Mental Outlook:
-There were some difficult hunger strikes, particularly in the break room where we all started talking about food (go figure). It was pretty tough, seeing everyone around me eating. Right now i'm feeling extremely hungry, partly because its been 5 hours since my last juice.
-But the great thing is, i'm done!!!! Its finally over! I feel very accomplished. But I still feel that this isn't over because I now have the challenge of recovery. I can't go out tomorrow and eat a Moe's burrito. Instead, I have to slowly adapt my body to solid foods. For the most part, the next three days are going to be fruits and vegetables. I might throw in some bread, crackers, and maybe even some cheese. But no meat for three days.
-I would just like to say to anyone who is thinking about juice fasting; go for it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Even if you don't physically notice any difference in yourself afterwards, your body certainly will. I think the key is properly pre-fasting. If I didn't do this, i'm not sure how fast i would have made it. Do 4-5 days of nothing but fruits and vegetables, and you'll be fine.
