1 Orange
1 Lemon
1 branch of grapes
2 inch slice pineapple
1 Pear
6 oz. Blackberries
-This drink was absolutely amazing. I wanted to just chug it.
1 Carrot
1/2 beet
1 cup of parsley
2 Spinach leaves
1 Apple
1 Garlic clove
1 Small handful grapes
-This was disgusting. I absolutely hate beets. And even though there was only half of one in there, I could taste it and smell it. Every gulp was painful until the last drop. Then I felt accomplished :-)
1-2 oz. Wheat Grass
-I totally gagged on this one! After this fast; no more Wheat Grass!! Only in pill form.
Today's output:
-#1 almost every hour.
-#2 twice. The first was very runny. The second was the result of the enema, but had very little solids in it.

Today's Physical outlook:
-I only got 3 hours of sleep last night, which i'll explain why in a second. But for some reason, I wasn't really tired at all today. In fact, i'm still not. It was my first day back at work today after being gone on tour for well over a month. I was worried that I would run out of energy early on; but to my surprise, I was energized nearly the whole time. In fact, I felt far more energized than I normally do. I had a few hunger attacks, but nothing too dramatic.
Today's Mental outlook:
-Last night was pretty rough. I wanted to go to bed around 9:30 so that I could get at least 7 hours of sleep. But I couldn't fall asleep until about 1:30. This is crazy, but I was laying in bed thinking about nothing except for food. I really really wanted a Moe's Burrito; a Burger King Whopper; anything greasy and nasty. This food craving literally wouldn't let me sleep. I dreamt of eating days and days and days worth of fast food and junk food right when this fast is over. I really hope that this doesn't happen, because one of my goals in this fast is to change my appetite and food cravings. I generally eat very healthy: when i'm at home. But when I go out to eat; i'm pretty reckless. I want to be able to control my cravings and order a chicken salad when everyone else is getting burgers and fries. I did pretty good with this while I was on tour. But if I were to get off this fast right now, i'd be nervous as to how out of control i'd be. Fortunately for me, i'm scarred to death of going straight to fast food because of the immediate discomfort it would bring when you're in the middle of a fast. So thank God for my being informed of these things!
