1 Lemon
1/2 inch ginger root
4 small apples
1 carrot
2 cabbage leaves
2 handfuls of cilantro and parsley
-This one was terrible. It was spicy. Every gulp was painful. I was relieved when it was over.
1 Carrot
1/2 beetroot
2 Spinach leaves
4 small apples
1/2 inch ginger root
1 garlic clove
-This one was tolerable. The beets just get me.
Today's Output:
-#1 regularly. Nothing discolored.
-#2 once in the morning. Very little solids. But not runny. Very little came out.
Weight:135.5
-Just to clear things up; i'm NOT doing this fast to lose weight. Losing weight is the last thing I want. Anyways, I got plenty more "skinny" comments today. I don't feel like i'm any skinnier. But I guess you never do since you see yourself every day. I'm going to gain all this back very shortly.
Today's physical outlook:
-I felt awake and pretty energetic all day. I had a gig tonight, and was a bit worried b/c it was a longer set than what we usually do. But I actually made it all the way through just fine. But I noticed something very peculiar; I didn't sweat as much as I usually do. Not sure what to make of that.
Today's mental outlook:
-I'm getting very excited about getting back to normal. I thought a lot again today about cooking ideas. I even made some jokes with some fellow employees that i'm going to eat two moe's burritoes. Of course, they don't know i'm on the fast. But it was fun to think about. And its not impossible. I could totally do it. But then again, I will have completed a full body detox. My appetite may not be what it use to. But maybe thats a good thing!
