Day 7 and start of day 8 on cleanse

Day seven and start of day eight on cleanse.
Things are going well.

It's going really good. Day seven was great. I felt very clear headed and calm, hmmmm, maybe there is something to this cleanse, smiles. I had to put together some research and it went together really well. This morning, day 8, I felt no hunger at all so far. I don't feel like eating which is a switch from last night. I was watching a little tv though and that makes it worse because of the food commercials. But it passes once the commercial is over. Amazing the power of suggestion. So I have today and two more to go and that is it. I really can't believe I am going to complete the ten day fast. Today I go shopping to get what I need for coming off the cleanse. As I told a friend, it's not easy but it's not too hard to do.


Today I had enough energy, didn't feel hungary except at night I feel like I'd like to eat but it's not overwhelming or anything. I can't believe tomorrow is day 9. Wouldn't have thought I could last this long but this cleanse is very doable.
