Day 4 on master cleanse

My fourth day on the master cleanse. How things are progressing.

I slept really good last night. This morning I felt a little weak when I woke up but once I got up I was fine. I'm feeling a little achy and I guess this is because my body is identifying and repairing old injuries. At least that is what the book says it's doing. I have a mild headache also, hardly there. I can't believe I made it four days! It gets easier as you go along.

More good news. My husband who is doing the cleanse also just called from work to inform me that "black stuff" came out when he went to the bathroom. Pretty exciting stuff. He's done other fasts before and said this has never happened. Hasn't happened to me yet, hopefully soon.
