My experience with a Master Cleanse First day on the master cleanse. The first day was difficult. It was hard to think of not eating for 10 days. But I figured I could at least get through one day and I was pretty determined to find a way to stay motivated and keep on the diet. Reading the master cleanse support forum really helped.
