Antibiotics Offered. No Thank You, I said.
Two Medical visits today + acupuncture.
Minor discomfort but not intense pain due
to Kidney Stones.

This is my fifth day of juicing only,
mainly apple. Some raw since Sunday,
the rest pasteurized, organic, and unfiltered.
I stopped eating last Thursday.
Today is Tuesday.
Not too much pain I can trace to Kidney Stones.
Followed advice of Bill Spear to go in and
get an x ray.
That took some doing.
My primary physician had recommened the ER
last Thursday. I did not want to go.
The Kidney area pain was intense last Thursday.
I almost succumbed to going into ER, but
toward the end of the day I started to do apple
juice only with some Fulvic Acid-Humic Acid added.
Friday I added Apple Cider Vinegar.
The accupunture treatment I did Thursday night
seemed to work. I woke up Friday morning with no pain.
I have been on juice since at the coaching of
Michael Huffman who advised me to drink a gallon a day
of apple juice. He said the malic acid in the apple juice
would soften the kidney stones.
He also said that Fulvic-Humic Acid, his SynerG Plus
would help dissolve the Kidney Stones.
I want to research that more with the PDF Michael Sent me
here. How long does it take to dissolve kidney Stones
with Fulvic-Humic Acid?
My head is tired now.
I would like to get over a record keeping hump,
but it would be better to rest.
I amazingly was able to get into the Catskan appointment
tonight at 5:30 PM.
That was scheduled today at 11:15 when I saw
Daniel Bresslers Doctor Asistant. It was Grace that
I was able to get those two things done today.
The Tree Trimmer comes tomorrow.
I want to come to a stop with the Record Keeping
as well. Chef Jem may be coming in the late evening.
I will get the results of the Catskan hopefully by noon
reported to the MD. I want to know if the Kidney Stones
are too big to go through the male anatomy with Lazers.
I sense that something good is happening.
I am hardly in any pain at all.
Most of my pain right now is emotional.
I would be doing different things if the Record Keeping
and Kidney Stone episode was not a priority.
March 14 I am scheduled to do photograph at the
Organic Center Fundraiser at the Natural Product Expo West.
Some of my digital images will be in a video that night,
as well as a powerpoint. The NPEW is a highlight of my year.
It is unnerving being on the sixth day of a juice diet six days
before leaving to drive to Anaheim.
The M.D assistant did a urine test today.
There was Occult Blood in the Urine...small near invisible amounts.
There was also signs of infection. She said this could be due
to bacteria in the kidneys from the Kidney Stones.
That took my spirit down hearing that.
She wanted me to take antibiotics. I passed on that.
I will know in five days if I really have an infection
and need to take further action.
I am going to start taking Cranactin.
Oh, I forgot, it was quite a full day.
Up around 6 for some inspired blogging.
Acupuncture after the M.D. visit.
4-5, a study group on The New Earth over the phone.
5:30 PM the Catskan.
Also did some record keeping after blogging
this morning, but hit a snag.
I will take that on next.
Time to take some of Nuva Yeetah's Ayurvedic herbs
and the Cranactin.
I better take a nap and give some love to Leslie now.
