Avoided ER
Go for it, Leslie! I avoided the ER yesterday.
Writing my way through dark cloud feelings.
Appreciating and moving through the challenges.

Missing my life.
Missing Dreams that feel broken right now,
directions that I imagined that fell through.
Wish I felt differently about these right now.
There is much to be grateful for today.
I was getting a lot of pressure to go to the ER
yesterday.
I had some severe Kidney pain.
There were points in the day it would not let up.
it was getting up to 7.5 on a scale of 10 pain.
I could not feel any place to get comfortable in my body.
Four years ago this happened to me the night before
an International Feng Shui Conference in 2004.
Morea was driving me up to San Luis Obispo.
I was scheduled to do an Enchanted Garden Installation.
It was a great opportunity that exploded into great Joy.
I got some great support yesterday and today.
Michael Huffman talked to be twice.
I am taking these Fulvic and Humic Acid Minerals.
I called him when I was feeling this discomfort
that was turning into pain.
He said fast on apple juice for three days.
I was drinking water before that.
I felt like throwing up.
Throwing up made me feel better.
Toward the evening, I was really getting pressure
to go to the Emergency Room at the hospital.
One of my housemates is a nurse.
Another a Medical Anthropologist who leans toward
conventional cancer treatments.
Marcia was housecleaning yesterday.
She stayed around to take me to the ER
when I thought I would go.
I called. There had nine patients in the waiting room.
The ER is not a pleasant experience.
When push came to shove, the pain started to curtail
around seven. I called PCOM. I was able to get in for an acupuncture
treatment. That helped very much. The did the Kidney Stone protocol.
I wasn't sure which way the pain was going.
It continued to lessen. By morning it was gone.
I was taking Boiron's Arnica Montana through night
and most of yesterday.
I also called Nuva Yeetah.

He answered the phone.
I pulled out my old remedies and named the ones I had.
Nuva has direct perception.
He can feel into the body. I trust his judgement.
He does phone consultations on Mondays and will
mail out the herbs UPS.
I am taking Kidneytone. 2 tablets every hour. Kidney Health Support.
Surhuday 2 tablets every hour.Relaxation support
Aampachak--supports elimination of toxins
Rasnadi Huggul. For Minor Pain.
I added Sumeda-95. Tranquility Formula 1 an hour.
I am not taking these consistently every hour.
Michael advised to drink a gallon of apple juice a day.
The practitioner intern at PCOM said to add Apple Cider Vinegar.
I am also adding the Fulvic and Humic Acid that Michael makes.
These are also good for softening a Kidney Stone.
I have been in a hard place emotionally.
Depressed. lonely. feeling at the end of my limits
and capacities re: the Record Keepng.
I actually have been having some breakthroughs.
Today Ron Nash returned a call.
It was high quality time.
He wrote a book this month.
He lifted my spirit when he used the "We" word.
We are going to do some good things together.
He has good feelings about the Plant Your Dream work.
He is going to made a video.
The door opened for Ron to go up to Mark Victor Hansen's
Mega Marketing University that started today in L.A.
That will be a big joyout outing.
I got into the hurt feeling that that door felt closed to me
now. I am not in good standing with some of Mark's staff.
I find this very disheartening. I am responsible for some of
what came now. A good per cent I attribute to misunderstanding.
I have a little glimmer of Lightness around this door opening again
in a new way. I know my relationship with MVH is good.
It is sad when the small part of me gets in the way of opportunities fulfilling
themselves.
Ron gave me a good Pep Talk about the importance
of doing the Maintenance work in our lives.
The greats are known for the excitement they generate
but everyone has to do the Maintenance.
It was talking to be about getting this financial stuff done
so it longer is a problem.
YES! YES! I can see this!
I can see my way through the difficulty as well.
O.K., I am going to work on that some more
and put the deep lonely feelings out of my head.
That loneliness comes from feeling I am not living my life.
Everyone needs to do the Maintenance work.
The Healthy ones get through it, and know it is part of
their success.
Ron was pointing out the Silver Lining.
I am glad is has an opportunity to go up to MVH.
I told him to say hello for me.
I have not even looked over the program for this year's MEGA Marketing event.
I avoided the ER!!!!
I am fasting.
I have some good things to look forward to.
I can get into now.
