Where am I?
heading for the company of others today.

Walked around the backyard.
We have new garden beds now
thanks to the work of Colin and the
funds from Frank who has been
out to sea prepping to go to Irag.
The garden helps a bit.
I thought I would do some finances this morning
before getting ready for the Food Justice Day Conference,
but I have about one hour before I leave.
I want to pack some things up.
I am feeling tons of core issues
coming up.
I feel like running away.
I received lots of support yesterday.
It was shocking to have such high levels of pain
on Thursday, but I am grateful to have avoided the ER.
I still have concerns.
I am going through lots of pieces of Spring Projects
and projects from last year.
The Winter recording efforts are not at a place where I can stop.
This concerns me.
I have misplaced an important personal email from
Jean Giblette. She is head of the Medicinal Herb Consortium.
She inspired the idea of the Enchanted Garden Growers Network.

I do not have a foundation below me now that has much
strength.
I feel I am resting on a bed of fear.
planting some things would help.
The apple juice is basically causing the runs,
a bit dangerous to make a trip out in this state.
I want to stay with the apple juice.
I can see where some close one feel to isolate.
I will likely be able to get Jean's email from
Tiffany on Monday.
Compassion is call toward myself.
It will be a gift just be to in the company of others today.
