day 1 water fast

this is the first day in ten days of my water fast
it was a terrible day
I felt terribly nauseous in the morning and continued to vomit non stop
i was feeling chilly and had a terrible diaroheea
this is probably the body healing itself
i am completing this 80 day journey in anticipation for a new me with all the extra abilities
I had no idea my healing reaction would come on the first day
