Date: 1/31/2008 4:30:21 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2580 times I can't believe how fast the applejuice works: i'm already loosening up! by the way, applejuice is absolutely delicious and refreshing on its own. Plus, I got myself a nice thermos wich keeps my juice fresh, it really makes a difference.
I forgot to mention something, on day 5,6,7 I was in a lot of pain:
1) My colon hurt and I felt a discomfort in my colon all day long
2) my upper back (left side) hurt a lot, this is a muscle that i have had trouble with for the past year
So, i hope that the above 2 are in fact healing. I now feel much better. Also, in the beginning of my fast, I tried using Oxypowder, but because my colon was so painful, i stopped. Should I resume?
Now, all my muscles feel achy. They burn when I walk upstairs and such.
Maybe I am lacking potassium? I don't want to consume banana during my fast, do any of you know what fruit/veggie I could include in my juice for potassium?
In regards to weight progress, i will post it every 10 days.
