Day Four
Last night I dreamed of eating again. I was not sure if what had happen was real till my partner notified me it was just a dream. These eating dreams have become bothersome.
I am a little exhausted and my neck hurts from sleeping wrong. Data entry at work is a no brainier but I would have trouble writing a letter. I feel rather slow and unable to comprehend what is at hand. Repetitive data entry is simple for me to follow through but anything that needs editing will confuse me.
Tomorrow my partner would like us to climb mountains or at least hike around them. I am certain tomorrow I want to hibernate. But I am sure some physical activity would be helpful.
I am using the same products that I listed a day ago. But I forgot to mention I also mix tea tree oil with water in a spray bottle. I am using this for under my arms and face for body odor and breakouts.
The coconut oil is doing a amazing job moisturizing my skin without leaving it greasy. My cheeks still seem to get dry from the coconut oil. I am wondering if maybe I should keep applying till it stops drying or feeling like sandpaper.
