Thank You Lord for Yoga

morning yoga COLD SHOWER!!!

I know some christians don't like yoga. I remember when a neighbour friend of mine was telling me how her daughter gained so much weight. I handed her a card from the bikram yoga studio I was going to and she smacked it away. Ummm okay. Anyway, I started practicing kundalini yoga recently and I've started attending church more and caring about receiving holy communion and going to confession. I got up at 4 am this morning to do yoga and pray for two reasons. Today is my first day of nursing school. Second, I woke up at 4 am feeling totally rested and I decided to stay up and give yoga on an empty stomach a shot. I survived and love it.

I will have to take a picture of me in my uniform and turban. My husband it'll be quite a sight for this small town. I've never been happier. During rosary and meditation, I had some visions and i think it's TIME for me to return to the journey of the eight gates of the 'deep'. Look for more frequent posts from me as I've had a major step in spiritual evolution happen.
