Day 1
Here we go!!!
Date: 1/1/2008 11:48:52 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1879 times Got lots of good fruits yesterday at the store. I also got some carrots and cucumbers....I'll start slow with the veggies. Today we made a nice pineapple, orange, papaya drink...was a little bit thick but tasty. I woke up with a headache, and a few sweet potatoes...I don't know why...because I was the voluntary DD last night and didn't have anything to drink but lemon water and diet pepsi.
Being a mother of two and spouse I am always making food for my family. Today I made the hub a nice soft bagel with cream cheese and realized that this was not going to be easy...had to refocus. WE are going on a big family cruise in April and I need to lose at least 20 pounds (but would prefer like 40) or I will be absolutely miserable. I will kick myself for not seeing this to completion if I stop.
Did over 8000 steps yesterday on my pedometer, but wanted to make 10,000...I was bummed because I forgot it auto resets at 12 midnight. Almost freaked when I looked at it and it only said 200 steps!!
