Day 2
Day 2 seems to easier than the other fasts at this time.

Around lunch time I began to have a small head ache that began in the center of my forehead and then worked its way to the back of my head. It was a cruel form of punishment to say the least. I normally have a sandwich or soup for lunch but obviously I couldn't have that on Day 2 of my fast, but luckily I had back to back classes that required all of my attention and time so I really didn't really think that much about my large yearning for food that typically ensues on my day 2 of fasts.
After I got home from classes I had some more tea and water, and then a diet coke, which might be why I have sleeping problems since I'm in the habit of drinking a diet coke arounf 7 p.m. That night I had some major problems with falling asleep, not because I was hungry, but because I had my headache still and I really just didn't feel tired. I officially fell asleep at 3 a.m. though, whereas my normal "bedtime" is 1 a.m. Yes I'm a night owl.
I read on a fasting website that day three is the hardest day because that is when the bulk of the toxins in a person's body are being expelled and a large portion of your energy is being used to expel the toxins, and therefore the person is more tired and hungry that day. This may be inaccurate but it typically is how I feel on my day 3's. Since my day 2 seemed to be a pretty boring day in terms of fasting I will probably be expecting an unrelenting Day 3. Oh well I guess, if I can do it as many times as I have I can do it one more time. For me though it never really gets easier, more predictable, but not easier.
