nutttttttin new.. if you are like me, and a friend of the low carb way of eating, you know this is what happens..
and im sure even fasters have experienced this also lol
I was figuring I would be deep into ketosis by now, I dont have the strips either to check (besids since im eating high fat I would prob have a false reading on ketostix)
