High Calorie Day - Bad Idea Never Again

Date: 11/5/2007 11:02:13 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 7254 times So I went ahead with my high calorie strict induction eating day on Saturday having a total of about 1800 calories mostly beef and also a couple of cups of caesar salad no croutons. Terrible idea! The next morning my weight was back up to 246.5 on Sunday Morning. Sunday I followed the fat fast as outlined below and this morning my weight was back down to 245.5 which is at least lower than my starting weight. I will NOT be repeating the high calorie day again and consider yesterday, sunday the restart of my 30 day fat fast. So that experiment at least yielded results. The results? Don't do it.
Here is my food from Sunday:
Mayonnaise, regular 1 TBS
Nuts, macadamia nuts, 1 OZ
Brie Double Cream TJs 1 Sq Inch
Chicken Breast 1.5 oz
mixed with 2 TBS Mayo
and
Avocado, raw 1/2
Cream Cheese one ounce Macadamia Nuts
Totals CALORES 1068
Percent Fat 86%
Percent Carbs 3%
Percent Protein 12%
Weight Monday AM 245.5
From no on it will be Strict Fat Fast Guidlines as outlined in post number one alternating between 1000 and 1200 cal versions.
