fasting weighgtloss
i think i have found a way to have a successful fast
Date: 10/27/2007 11:22:20 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 1802 times i did my research and it eems thati have to start my fast with an 16 oz of juice a dat and drink 3 liters of water. I will try that my starting weight is high. which is 185 my goal weight is 140. If i fast for 45 days i can easliy pull it oof my i have to fast til thankgiving. which i will have a little. then i will automatically go back to fasting. if i do that i can lose 30 lbs by then and i will be 155. So today i will wake up and exercisefor 45 min. i will also exercise up to 63 min a day i have random tapes mon-fri i will do this. For some reason whenever i get hungry i exercise then i am not any more. Let the game begin

i am 16 hours of fasting today i will be fine. I will update later tonight.
