11. The goal at the end of the day is to imbue myself with positive energy, where the togetherness with God in this elevated peace allows me to connect with him as one. This way his teachings will be more coherent and his voice clearer above all the noise in my brain.

Thank you for the tip. You have been the first yet to give a little advice on improving my fasting.
I do understand the concept of skin brushing, but I have a big worry that the bristles may injure the skin more than gentle exfoliation.
