I’m having difficulty finding the willingness to put in words the shock I am feeling this morning.
I had some moments of respite yesterday that gave me some hope I could naturally address my kidney stones rather than pursue the scheduled surgery now in place for January 21.
I went to attend a cooking class at Gold Mine natural foods. Old friend Jean spent some time with me that was uplifting. She told me about employee who she had guided to eliminate a kidney stone through some natural remedies.

#ScrippsNatSup 12th Annual Natural Supplements Conference, January 15-18 in San Diego at Paradise Point Resort. I will offer my reflections on this special event that I am attending. Meeting old and new friends at this conference. I was writing about the role of supplements in health this morning.
Dr. Mimi Guarneri and Dr. Andrew Weil at the Scripps Supplement Conference in 2013. i met Mimi years ago when she was a keynote speaker at the Pacific Symposium. I know Andrew Weil from his work with the Organic Center. He addressed ”Medicine” as now being defined as Pharma in is keynote address in 2014. Scripps orchestrates an important conference each year. This is the 12th. I aim to be there at times in some capacity for the Plant Your Dream Blog.

I went over the top yesterday and for part of the day threw in the towel. There was just too much on my plate.
Lurrae listen to me on the phone early in the morning. There was a part of me that enjoyed speaking and being heard. There was a part of me that did not want to get off the phone because I felt safe in a very unsafe world.

Ask Kidney doctor: consequences of delaying the surgery now scheduled for Jan 21?
I could be caught in an emergency situation. He told me do not get caught in an emergency situation.
Ask Karen the nurse early this morning.
he said take 3/4 gallons of water each day, or a gallon.
I haven’t been able to do that.

I just had a strange convoluted dream. My father who left the body last February was still alive. He was not feeling well and close to dying. He was at the cemetery or someplace like a cemetery and could not fulfill the obligation to say prayers for someone.
We were at the cemetery together. I was holding him and hugging him and giving him good energy.
Someone else when ahead and said prayers for the woman.
I knew her. I could’ve been the one to have said a prayer for her but I held back. Instead I was with my father.

I have been working all day on a Facebook album.
It gave me a lot of energy to do this.
I have been low energy for a number of days.
I have been just eating vegetarian food, mainly rice with squash and some sweet potatoes. Today, I ate some lamb and then some chicken.
I had a profound energy to keep going.
