This is the fifth day after SW, shockwave with lithotripsy. My healing is a full-time job now. I woke up yesterday morning February 14 with no real pain for moments. I thought I might tend to some chores around the house including gardening and beginning to make some raw celery juice.
I’m keeping meticulous records, as best I can on Facebook. It’s easy to upload photos there.
