Then--attempted to pay the property tax bill online.
This was frustrating.
Took an hour, with everything.
Finally just got in done.
I NEED TO PUT IN OTHER CHECKS IN THE BANK--
What next...check for BioSmart, yes, call again...
then money in bank...
and, check on rental. regroup.
Then, ???

I attended the El Cerrito Community Council meeting last night
and heard Bill Harris, story drain expert, and met members of the

Spent time with Marcello, the Documentarian yesterday on the phone
negotiating for more painting.
He will give me a discount on prepping the Doug room.
It needs patches and there are places in the wall.
The next tenant needs to leave some kind of security deposit for bringing it back to rentable.
HOW DO I COVER THE EXPENSE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT?
