I made it through day 1. I’m so pleased. I have made several attempts since May to fast, but today I did it. Some background info. I am a new mom at age 35. I have an eight month old daughter. I work full time and I am taking graduate degree courses. So I’m really busy. Slowly over the years I have gained a considerable amount of weight. After having the baby I was so stressed out I gained about 20lbs. I am 5’4” and weigh 194lbs. My ultimate goal is to weigh about 120.
