I must say that I am extremely thankful to read about all of the other people fasting. This forum has inspired me. I have decided that enough is enough, and I love myself a whole lot more than I have been acting. Currently I am 198.5 lbs. That is more than my body can handle. I am 5’4” and 35 years old.
