Hello a little background on me im 22 my current weight as i write this (hold on let me check) I weight 249.6 pounds, im 5’6 About a week ago i fasted for 3 days and lost 13 pounds from 259 to 246. im now planning to go 30 days total and hoping to reach my goal weight of 190.
