Before Great Hanshin Earthquake (Jan 1995) happened. I got into a traffic jam on the highway, when I saw a very thick vertical cloud like a rope.
I thought it was a very novel cloud.
I didn’t know the relation between the clouds and earthquakes then.
Thereafter I saw a very strange cloud from the car which was heading for the airport on Sep. 21, 2003.
Though it was seen in a moment, I found the cloud as if the waves were surging from the right.

Strange clouds which seem to represent earthquake clouds have been reported since 2003 from all over Japan now.
It is certain that strange clouds turn up before the big earthquakes though all the introduced clouds in my web site don’t predict the occurrence of the earthquake.
Those strange clouds turn up especially in the sky about a month ago before the occurrence of the earthquake.

It is said they made sounds like creaking as if they were crying around the time in the morning sun rose.
